Arthritis Healthy Exchanges Cookbook, pg. 187 or Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter February 1996, pg. 7. This was really good. I especially liked the big serving size of it. However, if you aren't a spinach lover take a pass on this. Spinach lover club membership required to like this recipe! 5 stars from me though!

The Arthritis Healthy Exchanges Cookbook, pg. 238 or Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter January 2000, pg. 8. This is one delicious pie! I loved every bite of it. I used vanilla pudding though instead of banana cream. But, I just love the almonds and cherries on it. It's just a great pie, that is pretty too. Give it a try! It's definitely comfort food. 5 stars!
